Join Onyx Odyssey as we hit the seas on this 6-day & 5-night sailing experience to the Dominican Republic & Bimini, Bahamas! We will venture to the snow-white shores of the Dominican Republic, with plenty of time to lay by the beach and explore the city streets. Add a full day and night spent at the exclusive Beach Club in Bimini, Bahamas (completely exclusive to Virgin Voyages sailors only), with a bonfire party under the stars as the finale to an amazing experience.

PUERTO PLATA
Tucked between the Cordillera Mountains and the Atlantic coast, Puerto Plata embodies geographical duality at its best. A day here can include vegging out on the snow-white beaches of Playa Dorada, or hiking through the jungle to the 27 waterfalls of Damajagua and careening down via natural slides. Or you can jump right in. We won't tell you how to live.
BIMINI
Full of stunning beaches, rich marine life, delicious local food, and ties to history and legends, Bimini in the Bahamas might just become the next "it" destination. Though small, the islands have had a big impact on history. Being the closest of the Bahamian islands to the U.S., it's an ideal destination for a long weekend in lavish tropical surroundings.

ITINERARY
DAY 1.
Miami
Our experience begins in the lively city of Miami, affectionately called the “Magic City”. Miami is home to Virgin Voyage’s brand-new cruise terminal and the architecture and onboarding experience will not disappoint. Bring yourself, luggage, and “The Band” you received in the mail 45 days prior to departure to fast-track your onboarding process. Get settled in and meet up with your favorite black travel crew at our welcome dinner later that night to get things started right!
Scarlet Lady departs at 07:00 PM, local time.
DAY 2.
At Sea
You should spend this day truly enjoying all the amenities that Virgin Voyages has to offer including the made-to-order cuisine curated by Michelin-star chefs, spa treatments, morning meditation yoga, a dip in the pool + so much more! Virgin Voyages has a lot to offer, and we’re sure you’ll get into something around the ship.
Later tonight, meet up with the travel crew at the Korean karaoke spot, The Groupie for a private karaoke session. Let’s set the tone for the night and sing all the musical hits to our heart’s content and have some amazing food and laughs. After karaoke, you never know what we will get into at sea ….
DAY 3.
Puerto Plata
Dock Hours: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM
It’s our first stop on our voyage! Get into the beautiful snow-white beaches of Playa Dorada and explore one or more of the 27 waterfalls at your disposal during your visit to this Dominican paradise. There will be plenty of shore things (excursions) to choose from to enhance your experience in Puerto Plata from relaxing to daring & once-in-a-lifetime experiences. It’s completely up to you how you want to spend your time in this pristine paradise.
DAY 4.
At Sea
We’re back at sea, but that doesn’t mean the fun stops. Virgin Voyage’s entertainment sets the bar with immersive experiences, impromptu performances by the Happenings Cast and so much more. If you need any recommendations, Pre’Knechia (the founder of Onyx Odyssey ) is a certified gold tier agent (the highest level of certification you can achieve) with Virgin Voyages and she knows exactly what to recommend to get you going.
Meet up with the crew for a cocktail hour at The Sip onboard for an interesting conversation & cocktails.
DAY 5.
Bimini
DOCK HOURS:

Let’s hit the beach club and turn up for our final full day at sea! The Beach Club at Bimini boasts some of the most delicious cocktails, thrilling shore things (excursions), and relaxed vibes a beach club could possibly offer. Exclusivity is a top priority to Virgin, so only Virgin Voyages sailors will be allowed admission to the beach club (sooooo VIP right?)! Virgin has completely nailed the vibe in this beach club to make you feel like you’re sipping cocktails on the beach in Ibiza, but you’re definitely in the Bahamas. Rent out a beach cabana and get bottle service to take your VIP experience at the beach club over the top.
Enjoy your time lounging, participating in shore things that pique your interest, or sipping a few cocktails and taking a dip in the lagoon pool available at the beach club. The day is yours.
DAY 6.
Miami
RETURN TO PORT:
06:30 AM, local time
The time has come for us to bring this experience to an end. We can guarantee that you won’t want to disembark from the boat, but all good things must come to an end. We say goodbye and plan to see each other on another Onyx Odyssey experience.

All packages will be land-only. We have options for single, double, triple, and quadruple occupancy cabins for this experience. Depending on the type of cabin you select, pricing may increase or remain consistent according to the time that you register. Please review the investments carefully to make an informed decision and select the right package for you. Please note, anyone that who is not registered with us during this experience, will not participate in our exclusive events curated with Virgin Voyages, nor will they be included in our VIP experiences on shore. If you do not register with us, unfortunately, you will not be able to join our group regardless if you travel on the same itinerary. Virgin Voyages will be making exclusive accommodations for our group that do not allow tagalongs.

How To Register
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS - READ CAREFULLY
We’re glad that you are ready to register for your experience with us! Let’s talk about how you will register for this particular experience at sea.
First things first, all individuals participating must be ready to submit a deposit at the time of registration. We will make cabin assignments immediately and will need to place each individual in the correct cabin at initial registration. Each person must create an account and make payments towards their experience, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Here’s How You Register:
Your whole crew is deposit ready and will register on the same day around the same time. You head to the registration link at the bottom of this page to book.
All deposits & payments are non-refundable, but all experiences are eligible for purchase protection which can reimburse you should you have to cancel due to medical reasons.
Travel insurance is still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Payments are set to begin on the date listed above.
If the date has passed, your deposit or payments may fluctuate to catch up with the payment cycle and may DIFFER from the investment pricing listed above.
