LUXOR
Luxor is the most well known recognized City in Upper (Southern) Egypt and the capital of Luxor Governorate, known famously for its oldest and most Ancient Egyptian sites. Originally called 'Thebes' in ancient Egypt, Luxor is often known also as the 'World's greatest open-air Museum'.
CARIO
Cairo, Arabic Al-Qāhirah (“The Victorious”), city, capital of Egypt, and one of the largest cities in Africa. Cairo has stood for more than 1,000 years on the same site on the banks of the Nile, primarily on the eastern shore, some 500 miles (800 km) downstream from the Aswan High Dam.

DAY 1.
We meet at JFK (John F Kennedy International Airport) to depart for Egypt! This is where you will meet your travel coordinator and possibly the founder of Onyx Odyssey. This will more than likely be a red eye flight, so you’ll have time to rest your eyes and fine tune the final details of your solo exploration day!
Welcome to Egypt!
Arrive at Cario International Airport (CAI). We get a private transfer to our accommodations via our tour concierge. After check-in, we will have a little time before our welcome dinner. Then, in the evening, our tour concierge will come to retrieve us to enjoy an imaginary: Sound & Light Show at Giza Pyramids. It is a magnificent show that brings creativity to life and reflects the life of the ancient Egyptians. History is re-told by the magical Sphinx, telling you the secrets of the ancient world. We will spend one night in Cario before moving on to Aswan.

DAY 2.
It's our first full day in Egypt! After breakfast our tour concierge will meet us at the hotel to begin our first tour of many on this experience. First stop is the Giza Pyramids Complex, which contains The Magical Pyramid of Khufu, The Amazing Giza Sphinx, the Incredible Valley Temple, and so many more. After our tour, we will have a traditional lunch at a Nile view restaurant and then back into our hotel accommodations in Aswan for an evening of leisure.
DAY 3.
We're up bright and early for a tour of the incredible High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple. But first, we have to catch a flight to our next location.
We will be picked up by our private chauffeur and tour concierge and transferred to the airport.
Upon arrival, we will meet and complete our tours for the day. After these amazing tours, we will have lunch at an Egyptian restaurant that serves authentic Egyptian cuisine. After today's activities, the rest of the day is at leisure.
DAY 4.
We wake up looking upon Egypt's horizons and have breakfast in route to our next tour. After breakfast, we then start our tour the Abu Simbel Temples.
After this tour, we will transfer back to our accommodations in Aswan and have some free time.
DAY 5.
Grand rising! Today, you will catch 1st class train to Luxor and upon arrival, we will meet our tour concierge who will take us on a fanciful tour to visit some of the best Luxor Highlights in its East Bank including the Karnak Temples & Luxor Temples at night. We will have some lunch in between these two tours to relax and reset. After these two tours, we will check-in to our hotel in Luxor.
DAY 6.
This is an optional free day.
If you want to continue exploring Egypt you can start with visiting the Valley of the Kings, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon.
Our tour concierge will take you on a tour and then enjoy free time to explore at leisure.
DAY 7.
Grand Rising! After breakfast, we will transfer to Aswan airport for our flight to Cairo where we will be accompanied to our hotel in Cario.
After our arrival, we will visit the Egyptian Museum, The Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Khan El-Khalili Bazaar.
DAY 8.
This is a leisure day.
We recommend you gather gifts for your loved ones back home and reflect on your experience here in Egypt. We will have a farewell dinner in Cario later that night for one final toast to the good life.
DAY 9.
I know. We're sad. It's time to end this amazing experience. We head back to Cairo International Airport for our departure back to the United States.
